    Technologies / Salesforce

    Salesforce, from an independent perspective.

Implementation, stabilisation, licence optimisation, and integration — with recommendations driven by your outcomes, not by partner incentives.

Salesforce is a powerful platform and a serious commitment. Most estates we see have accumulated licences, packages, and automation faster than the business could absorb them. Our Salesforce work is independent — we're comfortable telling you what to keep, what to retire, and, when the numbers say so, when to leave.

    The problem we hear

We use Salesforce where it earns its place. These are the situations we see most often.

    The estate has drifted

Managed packages, custom code, and years of well-meaning changes have made the org slow, expensive, and risky to touch.

    Licences don't match usage

Seat count and edition mix haven't been reviewed in years. The bill keeps going up.

    Automation is fragile

Flows on top of flows, workflow rules, process builder, and Apex triggers — all firing on the same object, with no shared plan.

    How we approach it

    01

    Understand

We start with your business problem — the process, the users, the constraints — before naming any technology, including this one.

    02

    Architect

A clear architecture decision record: where this technology fits, where it doesn't, and what it integrates with.

    03

    Build

Small, demonstrable increments on real data. Real users, real feedback, real outcomes — not a proof of concept nobody uses.

    04

    Measure and hand over

Operational metrics, documentation, and a runbook your internal team can operate. We're not a lock-in vendor.

    What good looks like

A written, defensible view of what your Salesforce costs, what it does, and what to do next.

Licence and package spend reduced where audit shows it's justified.

A stable, governed org that operational teams trust and admins can maintain.

Independence from any single partner or vendor for future work.

    How we use Salesforce

    Independent audit

Licence, code, automation, integration, and usage — reviewed with no vendor allegiance.

    Licence optimisation

Seat mix, edition, and add-on review with quantified recommendations and negotiation support.

    CRM stabilisation

Automation cleanup, technical debt reduction, and governance restoration for orgs that have become fragile.

    Integration architecture

Real-time and batch integration with SQL, ATS, payroll, ERP, and reporting — designed to be operated by your team.

    Healthcare specialism

Deep Salesforce experience in UK healthcare, including care operations, compliance workflow, and clinical portals.

    Exit planning

Where the numbers point elsewhere, a structured plan to reduce Salesforce dependency or leave the platform.

    Anonymised engagements

    Managed package rationalisation

A healthcare operator was paying for four managed packages with overlapping functionality. Our audit retired two, renegotiated one, and left the org lighter and cheaper without operational disruption.

    SQL-Salesforce integration hardening

A recruitment operator had a fragile scheduled sync between on-premise SQL and Salesforce. We rebuilt it as a monitored CDC-based integration with reconciliation and an admin surface, ending recurring data-loss incidents.

Vignettes are anonymised composites drawn from engagements and product work. No client names, logos, or performance figures are implied.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are you a Salesforce partner?

We work extensively in Salesforce estates and operate independently. Where formal partner status is required for specific work, we're transparent about how that's arranged.

    Would you recommend leaving Salesforce?

If the numbers say so, yes. We've done it. We've also told clients to stay when the alternative wasn't going to pay back.

    Do you build managed packages?

Rarely — usually the wrong tool. We prefer well-architected unlocked packages or bespoke code where it's simpler to maintain.

How is this different from a system integrator?

We're not incentivised by licences, referrals, or long-running managed service contracts. Our engagements have a defined shape and a defined end.

Do you cover Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud?

Advisory, yes. Deep delivery in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud is our strongest ground; adjacent products we assess on merit.
