    Services / Platforms

Platforms designed around how your business actually runs.

Bespoke platforms — from operational workflow tools to data and integration layers — built so your team, your data, and your processes all live in one place you control.

A platform is what you build when a single application isn't enough. It's the layer that holds your data, your integrations, your rules, and the tools your team uses every day. We design and build platforms that consolidate scattered SaaS, replace fragile spreadsheets, and give leadership a single source of truth to run the business from.

    The problem we hear

You've bought too many tools, integrated too few of them, and the operational picture lives in someone's head.

    Tool sprawl without a spine

Every team has picked a SaaS. None of them share data cleanly, and no one owns the whole picture.

    Integrations are duct tape

Zaps, exports, and screen-scrapes hold the operation together. When one breaks, half the business notices.

    AI experiments have no home

Assistants and models exist as prototypes but never land in a real workflow because there's no platform to run them on.

    How we approach it

    01

    Map the operating picture

We document data flows, tool ownership, and the workarounds that keep the operation moving. Nothing is built until this is agreed.

    02

    Design a spine

A shared data model, an integration layer, an auth and permissions story. The platform's backbone before its features.

    03

    Build the first surface

One team's workflow, live on the platform, replacing at least one existing tool. Prove the model before scaling it.

    04

    Extend deliberately

New surfaces, new integrations, new automation added on the same spine. No new silos.

    What good looks like

A single operational picture that leadership can trust and interrogate.

SaaS spend reduced by consolidating tools whose value was mostly duplicated.

New workflows delivered in weeks because the data and integration layer already exists.

A real home for AI, automation, and reporting — not a folder of disconnected scripts.

    What platforms we build

    Operational platforms

The spine of the business — scheduling, dispatch, case management, or delivery — with the workflow tools that sit on top.

    Data platforms

One place your operational data lives, integrated from every source that matters, with a permissions model you can defend.

    Integration platforms

A managed layer for every third-party API, replacing brittle point-to-point scripts and iPaaS licence stacks.

    Internal assistants

Domain-specific assistants and copilots that sit inside your platform and act on your data, not a generic chatbot.

    Partner and customer surfaces

External-facing portals built on the same platform, sharing data and permissions with the internal experience.

    Automation & workflow

Rules, approvals, and long-running processes that live where the data lives, not in a separate automation tool.

    Anonymised engagements

    Recruitment operations platform

A staffing group ran on an ATS, a compliance tool, a rota app, and Excel. We built a platform on top of the ATS that consolidated compliance, availability, and payroll extract into one operational surface — with the ATS still handling candidate management, but no longer holding the operation together on its own.

    Broker data platform

A financial services operator was paying for three overlapping reporting tools. We replaced them with a single data platform on Supabase, syncing from the source systems, with a permissions model that let each desk see its own book without exporting to a spreadsheet.

Vignettes are anonymised composites drawn from engagements and product work. No client names, logos, or performance figures are implied.

    Frequently asked questions

    Isn't a platform just a big application?

The difference is intent. An application solves one workflow. A platform is designed to host many, share data across them, and be extended without rebuilding the spine.

How is this different from an iPaaS?

An iPaaS moves data between other tools. A platform is where the data and workflows live — the iPaaS becomes one of the things you no longer need.

Do we need to replace all our SaaS?

No. Platforms typically absorb the tools whose value is mostly data or workflow, and leave best-of-breed SaaS in place, integrated cleanly.

How long before we see something real?

Six to twelve weeks for the first live surface on real data. Full platform maturity is measured in quarters, not weeks — and every quarter has to earn its own budget.

    Where does AI fit?

On the platform, not next to it. Assistants and models that act on your operational data need the same permissions, audit, and observability as the rest of the platform.
