    Clinical field app

    A community care provider needed clinicians to record visits, medication, and safeguarding events from patients' homes. We built a native app with an offline-first sync layer feeding directly into the operational platform — with clean audit trails for CQC-facing reporting.

    Field service dispatch

    An engineering operator wanted to retire paper job sheets. We shipped a cross-platform app with job assignment, on-site photos, signature capture, and van stock tracking, all synced to the back-office system with no double entry.

    Frequently asked questions

    Native or cross-platform?

    Depends on the workload. Hardware-heavy or long-running background apps get native. UI-heavy apps that share logic with a web product often get React Native. We recommend based on the workload, not the fashion.

    Do you handle store submissions?

    Yes — Apple Developer, Google Play, TestFlight, internal Android, and enterprise distribution via MDM.

    Can the app work fully offline?

    Yes, and we default to designing that way for any field-oriented app. Sync becomes an implementation detail, not a UX problem.

    Do you own the app once shipped?

    You own the code, the store listings, and the certificates. We hand over an app your team can operate, publish, and evolve.

    What about accessibility?

    WCAG-aligned by default, with real device testing for VoiceOver and TalkBack on any app used by patients, citizens, or public users.
