Do we have to rebuild the whole Lovable app?
Not always. The first decision is whether the app needs a full rebuild, a controlled extraction, or just production hardening. If parts of the Lovable build are useful, we keep them. The goal is lower risk and better ownership, not throwing away working value.
Can you reduce our Lovable or no-code app costs?
Often, yes, but we prove it with a cost and architecture review first. Savings usually come from moving hosting, database, email, storage, AI calls, scheduled jobs, and integrations into a simpler owned setup. We do not promise savings until the current bill and usage pattern are visible.
What does a Lovable app migration cost?
A focused migration review usually starts from £750. A small production hardening project can be a few days of work; a full rebuild or complex migration is quoted after discovery because data, auth, integrations, users, and downtime risk change the scope.
Can you move the app to Cloudflare and Supabase?
Yes. Cloudflare and Supabase are common targets when the app needs predictable hosting, database control, authentication, storage, server functions, and clearer deployment. We choose the stack around the app, not the other way round.
Can you keep the site live while migrating?
That is the normal aim. We plan the cutover with a preview environment, smoke tests, DNS checklist, rollback route, and a short migration window where needed. Risk depends on how the current app handles auth, data writes, email and background jobs.
What is the smallest sensible first step?
Start with a production-readiness and cost review: repository, hosting, database, auth, storage, email, API keys, analytics, DNS, backups, and the top five workflows. You then get a clear keep, harden, rebuild, or migrate recommendation.
